Abstract
Naprava za injekcijsko prešanje kalupa iz umjetnog materijala koja se sastoji od stroja za injekcijsko prešanje (1) i alata (2) koji istom pripada, kod koje u alatu (2) postoje najmanje dvije šupljine (1, 12) koje odgovaraju mjerama kalupa koje treba izraditi. Alat (2) se sastoji od najmanje tri dijela (4, 5, 6) koji su relativno pokretljivi jedanprema drugom, u kojima je smješten najmanje jedankanal (13) za dovođenje rastaljene umjetne tvari.Na dijelovima (4, 5, 6) alata (2) je između dvijepozicije smješteno premjestivo zasunjivanje kojimse u prvoj poziciji međusobno zatvaraju samo srednji dio (5) i prednji dio (4) alata (2) koji pokazuje ulazno mjesto (14) kanala (13), a u drugoj poziciji samo srednji dio (5) i stražnji dio (6) alata (2). Dodatno je na prednjem dijelu (4) i na stražnjem dijelu (6) alata (2) kao drugi dio stezne naprave (K) pričvršćen držač (20, 21) koji prolazi usmjeru osi alata (2), koji se pri zatvorenom alatu (2) jednim dijelom pruža u odgovarajući prvi diostezne naprave (K) i na tom kraju je opremljen s najmanje jednim steznim tijelom (R).
