Abstract
Inventia se refera la un fir etirat-texturat din polipropilena, destinat tricotajelor si la un procedeu de obtinere la viteza mare de filare, fiind caracterizat prin acee ca, în scopul cresterii capacitatii gamei sortimentale, este constituit din polipropilena cu o izotactitate de minimum 98% cu o densitate de 0,96+/-0,02 g/cm3, o masa moleculara medie viscozimetrica de 125000...135000, un indice de curgere la 230 degree C de 10+/-2 g/10 min, sub o apasare de 2,16 kgf/cm3, o umiditate de maximum 0,09+/-0,01%. Procedeul de realizare a firului consta din topirea polipropilenei la o temperatura de 225...285 degree C, filtrate prin tesaturi metalice pâna la o presiune de 200 at în blocurile de filare, trecere prin filiere, racire prin insuflare transversala de aer conditionat cu o temperatura de 17+/-2 degree C, o viteza de insuflare de 0,8+/-0,05 m/s si o umiditate relativa de 75...85%, filare cu o viteza de 2000 m/min, apoi simultan etirate-texturate la o viteza de 100 m/min.
