Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unui colorant albastru metal-complex pentru vopsirea prin acoperire a pieilor naturale, constituit dintr-un amestec de complecsi 1 : 2 de Cr si Co a colorantului monozoic 5 - nitro-2aminofenol beta-naftol. Conform procedeului, sinteza colorantului comporta urmatoarele faze: diazotarea 5 - nitro-2 - aminofenolului într-un amestec de solventi de tipul etilenglicolacetat si etilenglicol - monoetileter, cuplarea cu beta-naftol în acelasi mediu de reactie la pH alcalin, complexarea cu o sare de Cr la puterea III si o sare de Co la puterea II în acelasi mediu de solventi, la pH neutru, pâna la slab alcalin si la temperatura de reflux, separarea fazei organice de faza apoasa, diluarea fazei organice cu etilenglicol - monoetileter si stabilizarea solutiei de colorant, prinintroducerea la temperatura de 70 grade C a unui polimer de tipul polivinilpirolidona. Procedeul se poate aplica în industria colorantilor cu bune rezltate, deoarece permiteobtinerea unor solutii stabile la depozitare si în procesul aplicarii.
