Inventia se refera la o compozitie pe baza de cauciuc nitrilic hidrogenat, destinata realizarii de produse tehnice din cauciuc cu performante superioare, pentru a caror vulcanizare se utilizeaza un agent de vulcanizare constituit din 6...12 parti rasina alchil fenol formaldehidica, 3...10 parti oxid de zinc si 8...14 parti polimer donor de halogen la 100 parti de cauciuc, celelalte ingrediente fiind cele uzuale în compozitiile pe baza de cauciuc butadien acrilonitrilic.The invention relates to a composition based on hydrogenated nitrile rubber, intended for the production of high performance technical rubber products, for vulcanization using a vulcanizing agent consisting of 6 ... 12 parts of alkyl phenol formaldehyde resin, 3 .. 10 parts zinc oxide and 8 ... 14 parts of halogen donor polymer to 100 parts of rubber, the other ingredients being the usual ones in butadiene acrylonitrile rubber compositions.
