Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a trimetacrilatului de trimetilolpropan, care foloseste trimetilolpropan în exces de 1...35% fata de stoichiometric necesar 0,6...6% raportat la acidul metacrilic acid sulfuric drept catalizator, 0,2...0,4% fata de amestecul de sinteza, fenotiazina ca inhibitor de polimerizare si toluen 80...100% din cantitatea necesara eliminarii apei de reactie din sinteza sub forma de azeotrop apa-toluen, aciditatea totala a produsului brut este neutralizata cu solutie apoasa 10% carbonat de sodiu, produsul neutralizat este spalat cu solutie apoasa 10...15% clorura de sodiu în proportie 1:1 în 2 etape, dupa care este supus distilarii la o presiune de 200...300 torr.
