Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie automata, pentru biofermentare si este destinata cultivarii germenilor bacterieni, în conditii speciale de sterilitate, temperatura, pH, agitare, oxigen dizolvat etc. Avantajele principale ale inventiei constau în aceea ca pentru controlul pH-ului si a oxigenului dizolvat, foloseste traductori nesterilizabili termic, comanda functionarii întregii instalatii, inclusiv sterilizarea acesteia, facîndu-se în mod automat. Pentru prevenirea formarii spumei în procesul de fermentare, instalatia este prevazuta cu o supapa automata ce comanda debitul aerului, în functie de cantitatea de oxigen dizolvata în mediul de cultura. Instalatia poate fi folosita în toate laboratoarele de cercetare si microproductie de preparate biologice.
