Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor esteri complecsi de tipul: neopentilglicol (acid adipic sau sebacic-2-etilhexanol) indice 2, obtinuti prin esterificare în cataliza acida, folosind raporturi variabile de neopentilglicol-acid dicarboxilic de la 1:2,0 la 1:3,5 si un exces de cel putin 20% de 2-etilhexanol fata de cantitatea stoichiometric necesara. în urma unor operatii de purificare, se obtin uleiuri de baza pentru compozitii lubrifiante cu viscozitati între 11 mm2/s si 22,5 mm2/s la 50 degree C, cu puncte de congelare sub -60 degree C, puncte de inflamabilitate peste 200 degree C, în continut de metale tranzitionale sub 1 ppm si o buna stabilitate termica.
