Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de fabricarea detergentilor dintr-o componenta uscata la cald si o componenta obtinuta la rece. în final, cele doua componente, împreuna cu alte componente, sînt amestecate si cimentate omogen. Componenta granulata la rece se poate obtine în amestecatoare rapide la diferite turatii ale agitatorului. Pentru amestecarea finala se folosesc tambure de amestecare prevazute cu duze de pulverizare speciale. Componenta granulata la rece se poate obtine si în alte aparate mecanice prevazute cu pulverizare bifluida. Avantajele procedeului combinat fata de alte procedee sînt: economii substantiale de combustibil si de energie electrica; realizînd greutati volumetrice mai mari fata de procedeul la cald, se obtin economii de carton, de spatii de depozitare si de transport.
