Componenta granulata la rece se poate obtine în amestecatoare rapide la diferite turatii ale agitatorului. Pentru amestecarea finala se folosesc tambure de amestecare prevazute cu duze de pulverizare speciale. Componenta granulata la rece se poate obtine si în alte aparate mecanice prevazute cu pulverizare bifluida. Avantajele procedeului combinat fata de alte procedee sînt: economii substantiale de combustibil si de energie electrica; realizînd greutati volumetrice mai mari fata de procedeul la cald, se obtin economii de carton, de spatii de depozitare si de transport.The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of detergents from a hot dry component and a cold obtained component. Finally, the two components, together with other components, are homogeneously mixed and cemented. The cold granulated component can be obtained in rapid mixers at different agitator speeds. Mixing drums provided with special spraying nozzles are used for final mixing. The cold granular component can also be obtained in other mechanical devices provided with bifluid spraying. The advantages of the combined process with other processes are: substantial savings of fuel and electricity; making higher volumetric weights than the hot process, there are savings in cardboard, storage and transport spaces.
