Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a unor microsfere pe baza de silice-mulit, conform inventiei, se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca, în scopul îndepartarii contaminantilor metalici si, în special, a nichelului si vanadiului în proportie de cel putin 80% prin extractie cu acid sulfuric sau acid clorhidric, se formeaza un slam din 65% în greutate argila-caolin, kianit sau amestec, argila-caolin si alumina, 0,3% pirofosfat de tetrasodiu si rest de apa, se usuca prin pulverizare la temperatura de 120...350 degree C si la o presiune de 0,1...6 kg/cm la 2 si se calcineaza microsferele obtinute la temperatura de 150...1370 degree C.
