Inventia se refera la o compozitie pentru conservarea ciupercilor, constituita din clorura de sodiu, acid ascorbic, glutamat de sodiu, aroma naturala aleasa dintre extract natural lichid de ciuperci sau din planta Levisticum officinale Koch, pulbere de ciuperci sau din frunze uscate de Levisticum officinale sau un amestec al acestora, cu sau fara glucoza. Compozitia, conform inventiei, permite pastrarea aromei proprii ciupercilor si a culorii acestora, împiedicînd, totodata, desfasurarea proceselor oxidative si/sau fermentative pe durata de conservare a ciupercilor.
