Inventia se refera la o compozitie pentru înalbirea ciupercilor înainte de conservare si în timpul conservarii, constituita din clorura de sodiu, bisulfit de sodiu, pirofosfat de sodiu, glucoza, citrat de sodiu si aroma naturala aleasa dintre extract natural lichid de ciuperci sau din planta Levisticum officinale Koch, pulbere de ciuperci sau din frunze uscate de Levisticum officinale sau un amestec al acestora. Compozitia, conform inventiei, permite pastrarea culorii ciupercilor si a aromei proprii acestora, în timpul prelucrarii si pe toata durata de conservare a lor.
