Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru realizarea tuburilor profilate prin tragerea unui semifabricat tubular pe dorn, fiind utilizate în special, la realizarea tuburilor tip Bordon, pentru aparatele de masura. Procedeul consta din supunerea semifabricatului tubular unei prime faze de deformare cînd are loc, atît reducerea diametrului semifabricatului, cît si a peretelui, pentru ca într-o alta faza sa se realizeze profilarea semifabricatului respectiv, pentru a capata forma finala. Dispozitivul este alcatuit din niste filiere coaxiale si dintr-un dorn cu doua portiuni, una cilindrica si una profilata, portiunea profilata avînd forma corespunzatoare formei finale a produsului realizat prin tragere.The invention relates to a process and to a device for making profiled tubes by drawing a tubular blank on the mandrel, being especially used in the manufacture of Bordon type tubes for measuring apparatuses. The process consists in subjecting the tubular blank to a first deformation phase when both the diameter of the blank and the wall are reduced, so that in another phase the profile of the blank is profiled in order to obtain the final shape. The device is made up of coaxial dowels and a two-part dowel, one cylindrical and one profiled one, the profiled portion having the shape corresponding to the final shape of the drawing product.
