Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea DL-beta-aril-aminoacizilor cu formula generala: (vezi formula) în care R1, R1 si R2 reprezinta hidrogen, halogen, alchil cu 1..6 atomi de carbon, alcoxi cu 1..6 atomi de carbon, nitro sau dialchilamino cu 1..4 atomi de carbon; cu conditia ca, în cazul derivatilor monosubstituiti, R si R1 înseamna hidrogen si R2 are semnificatia de mai sus si este situata fata de grupa metilenica în pozitia 2, 3 sau 4; respectiv, în cazul derivatiilor disubstituiti R înseamna hidrogen si R1 si R2 au semnificatia de mai sus si se leaga la grupa metilenica în pozitiile 2,3; 2, 4; 2,6; 3,4 sau 3,5, respectiv, în catul derivatiilor trisubstituiti R, R1si R2 au semnificatia de mai sus si ocipa fata de grupa metilenica pozitiile 2,3 4; 2,3,5; 2,3,6; 3,4,5; sau 3, 4, 6, care consta în aceea ca solutia apoasa de glicina si a unui exces de uree se încalzeste la fierbere, amestecul se supune unei ciclizari acide; hidantoina obtinuta cu formula I este încalzita la fierbere, cu o aldehida aromatica în solutia apoasa, în prezenta unei cantitati în exces de etanolamina sau morfolina, 5-ariliden-hidantoina formata este redusa cantitativ într-un mediu alcalin diluat, în prezenta unui catalizator de nichel-Raney sau paladiu si produsul este trecut prin hidroliza alcalina, cu un randament bun, în DL-beta-aril-aminoacidul.
