Abstract

Inventia se refera la o metoda de testare indirecta a continutului de ulei al semintelor de floarea-soarelui, care cuprinde îndepartarea pericarpului de pe semintele de floarea-soarelui, sterilizarea semintelor astfel pregatite, cultivarea lor într-un mediu în sine cunoscut si mentinerea în cultura în conditii cunoscute pentru germinare, preluarea unor fragmente de hipocotiledon din mladitele obtinute, cultivarea lor pe un mediu în sine cunoscut si mentinerea culturii astfel obtinute la întruneric, obtinerea unei suspensii de celule prin îndepartarea calusului friabil, format la capetele fragmentelor de hipocotiledon si cultivareaa lui pe acelasi mediu pe care au fost cultivate fragmentele de hipocotiledon, incubarea suspensiei obtinute într-un agitator rotativ la lumina slaba, îndepartarea resturilor de tesut din suspensia astfel tratata si determinarea volumului pachetului de celule depuse, din suspensie.
