Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru preparareamonoesterilor acidului tartic cu alcanolamine chirale, optic puri cu formula generala I: în care A reprezinta un radical nitrofenil, naftaloximetil sau indoliloximetil sau un radical fenil substituit cu formula: în care R3 reprezinta un radical metoxietl sau radicalul -Nh-acil, radicalul acid fiind definit ca radical alcanoil inferior cu maximum 4 atomi de carbon sau ca radical de dialchilcabamoil, în care alchil poseda 1 sau 2 atomi de carbon, iar R4 reprezinta hidrogen sau radicalul CH3 . CO-R2 reprezinta hidrogen sau un radical de alchil ramificat cu 3 sau 4 atomi de carbon si R1 reprezinta radicalul unui acid (R,R) sau formula generala II: HOOC - CH(OR5)-CH(OR5)-CO, R5 fiind un radical alchil cu 1 pâna la 4 atomi de carbon, benzil, un radical beta-beta-diclorvinil, un radical de alcanoil cu 1-5 atomi de carbon eventual substituit cu clor, un radical defenilacetil, un radical de benzoil sau toluenil, precum si a sarurilor lor cu acizi sau baze, caracterizat prin aceea ca un amestec de antipozi optici cu formula generala: în care A, R2, R3, R4 si acil sunt definiti ca mai sus, se lasa sa reactioneze în topitura sau într-un solvent aprotic, ales dintre diclormetan, 1,2-dicloretan, acetona, acetonitril, toluen, dimetilsulfoxid, tetrahidrofuran, dimetilformamida, etilenglicoldimetileter, acetat de etil, dietileter, N-metilpirolidona-2. cu un acid (R,R) sau (S,S) tartic disubstituit cu formula generala: HOOc-CH(OR5)-CH(OR5)-COOH în care R5 este definit ca mai sus, cu anhidrida acestuia la o temperatura între remperatura camerei si 90 degree C, cu conditia ca la reactia cu acidul liber s
