Abstract

Inventia se refera la un batiu de prese cu actionare hidraulica sau mecanica, folosite, în special, pentru prelucrari de materiale plastice. Batiul este format din doua corpuri simetrice, cu sectiunea transversala în forma literii C, care, asamblate, formeaza o cutie închisa. Cutia este prevazuta cu doua deschideri care permit dupa montare, accesul în spatiul de lucru interior al presei. Planul de separare acelor doua corpuri este paralel cu directia glisorului presei. Glisorul este montat în niste ghidaje, în forma de placi, prinse de fiecare perete interior vertical al cutiei. Doua ghidaje, împreuna cu o placa prinsa la partea superioara a cutiei asigura totodata si fixarea între ele a celor doua corpuri. Corpurile sunt asigurate prin niste pene introduse în niste canale în capacele cutiei, aflate în planul de separare a lor. Cutia este prevazuta cu patru muchii, carora le corespund niste tesituri ale glisanului care permit o îngrosare a muchiilor si prin aceasta o marire a rigiditatii batiului.The invention relates to a press of hydraulic or mechanical presses used in particular for the processing of plastics. The beam consists of two symmetrical bodies with the C-shaped cross-section, which, assembled, form a closed box. The box is provided with two openings allowing access to the interior work space of the press after installation. The plan of separation of those two bodies is parallel to the direction of the press slider. The slider is mounted in some plate-shaped guides attached to each inside wall of the box. Two guides, together with a plate attached to the top of the box, also secure the two bodies between them. The bodies are secured by some feathers inserted into some channels in the lids of the box, which are in their separation plane. The box is provided with four edges, which correspond to some slits of the sliding grip which allow the edges to be enlarged and thereby to increase the stiffness of the bead.
