Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru inversarea sensului de rotatie folosit la operatiile de instrumentatie la gaurile de sonde la care au avut loc accidente tehnice. Dispozitivul pentru inversarea sensului de rotatie este alcatuit dintr-un mecanism de blocare, un inversor de rotatie si o reductie de siguranta, în scopul realizarii rotirii sculei de instrumentatie în ambele sensuri fara a exista posibilitatea blocarii lui la peretele sondei. Mecanismul de blocare este compus dintr-o carcasa în interiorul careia este dispus un arbore centrat fata de acesta prin intermediul unor rulmenti, în numar de doi, pe arbore fiind montat un piston etansat prin intermediul unor garnituri de etansare, în carcasa fiind dispusi niste papuci fixati de piston cu ajutorul unei pene coada de rîndunica, iar de papuci fiind fixate niste placute de uzura prin intermediul unor suruburi, pe piston sprijinindu-se un pahar si un arc care preseaza la rîndul lui pe o piesa de închidere etansata fata de carcasa si arbore prin niste garnituri de etansare, la capatul superior al arborelui fiind montata o reductie de legatura care creaza o camera de presiune pentru piston si o reductie de legatura prevazuta cu un filet conic, arborele avînd în dreptul camerei de presiune niste orificii, la capatul inferior carcasa fiind prevazuta cu un filet conic iar celalalt arbore cu un alt filet conic.The invention relates to a device for reversing the rotation direction used in instrumentation operations at the wells where technical accidents have occurred. The rotation reversing device consists of a locking mechanism, a rotation reverser and a safety cut, for rotation of the instrumentation tool in both directions without the possibility of locking it to the probe wall. The locking mechanism is composed of a casing inside which is arranged a shaft centered thereto by means of two bearings, a piston sealed by means of sealing gaskets mounted on the shaft and in the case there are some slippers fixed to the piston by a feather rope tail, and by the slippers being fixed some wear plates by means of screws, a piston supported by a glass and a spring that presses in turn on a sealing piece sealed against the housing and shaft by means of some sealing gaskets, at the upper end of the shaft being mounted a connection reduction which creates a piston pressure chamber and a reduction of the connection provided with a conical thread, the shaft having, opposite the pressure chamber, some holes at the lower end the housing being provided with a conical thread and the other shaft with another conical thread.
