Abstract

Procedeul de îndepartare a umiditatii din granule poroase de copolimer stiren-divinilbenzen, consta în aceea ca se supune centrifugarii copolimerul cînd se îndeparteaza umiditatea pîna la 10...20% în timp de aproximativ 5 min la un factor de separare cuprins între 200-500, dupa care se usuca pneumatic cu aer cald la 110-140 degree C timp de cîteva sec. cînd are loc transportul copolimerul la faza urmatoare, umiditatea materialului ajungînd pîna 2,5-8% iar în final se usuca în strat fluidizat timp de 0,5-1,5h la o temperatura a aerului utilizat ca agent de uscare la 80...100 degree C, cînd umiditatea aerului scade la 0,2...0,5%.
