Abstract
Conform inventiei, procedeul prevede ca într-o prima faza reziduurile/slamurile petrolifere colectate într.-un batal, fluidizate prin încalzire la 65-70 degree C, sînt extrase din batal cu o pompa, refulate printr-o conducta în interiorul careia se inhecteaza un amestec de dezemulsionanti cunoscuti de exemplu 120 g de dezemulsionat reprezentînd un etilen glicol sau propilen glicol supus succesiv oxipropilarii cu 4-6 mol oxid de propilena apoi oxietilarii cu 50-100 mol oxid de etilena si în continuare din nou, oxipropilarii cu 2...38 mol oxid de propilena rezultînd astfel polialdehilenglicolieteri, cu greutate moleculara de 2000-9000, care contin 40-60% oxid de etilena si 40-40% oxid de propilena si se poate folosi ca atare sau fluidizat cu 40% apa, si 250 g de dezemulsionatm respectiv un agent activ de suprafata neionic pe baza de esteeri ai acidului sulfosuccinic într-un rezervor spalator-decantor, încalzit la 65-70 degree C, în care se mentin un nivel de 1:1 apa-slam, în care titeiul se separa, plutind, deasupra apei si din care titeiul curge liber într-un rezervor colector.
