Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unei emulsii fotografice de contrast ridicat si sensibilitate medie, de granulatie extrafina si cu putere de detectabilitate mare, destinat radiografierii pieselor cu grosime mica pîna la medie, din metal usor si a pieselor subtiri. Procedeul se realizeaza prin precipitarea iodoclorobromurii de argint în dublu jet tratînd o solutie apoasa de gelatina cu un continut de iodura de potasiu si în prezenta retinatorilor de crestere a granulelor de halogenura de argint, cu o solutie amoniacala de azotat de argint si o solutie de bromura de potasiu, clorura de sodiu. Inventia prezinta urmatoarele avantaje : obtinerea unui film pentru radiografierea industriala a pieselor subtiri din metal usor; filmul care face obiectul inventiei se poate folosi la fel de bine la examinarea pieselor groase din metal greu, în acest caz, utilizînd surse de energie mari; procedeul conform inventiei confera emulsiei radiografice o sensibilitate interna mare si o distributie granulometrica foarte strînsa, cu deviatie medie standard a dimensiunii granulelor de halogenura de argint sub 0,1. Inventia are aplicabilitate în industria constructiilor de masini în special, în industria constructiilor de avioane.
