Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un aparat destinat aplicxarii unui plastifiant lichid pe o banda de material filtru fibros, în care viteza de aplicare a plastefiantului este independenta de greutatea benzii filtru sau latimea benzii ce trece prin aparat. Plastefiantul este adaugat partii inferioare a benzii mobile prin intermediul unei perii rotative aflata în comunicare directa cu o sursa de alimentare cu plastifiant în care cantitatea de plastifiant masurata de o pompa de volum constant. Peria rotativa livreaza plastrifiant lichid sub forma unui spray partii inferioare a benzii mobile. Modificari variabile ale nivelului lichidului plastifiantdin rezervor variaza cantitatea de plastifiant care este prezentata benzii, mentinand viteza de absorbtie de latimea benzii.
