Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a azotatului de amoniu tehnic, poros, care consta în aceea ca o solutie de azotat de amoniu avînd concentratia de 96% si continînd ca adaos 0,1...0,5% MgO si 0,1...0,3% Al2(SO4)3 se supune granularii într-un turn de granulare în contracurent cu aer conditionat, la temperatura de 148...150 degree C, granulele rezultate, avînd o temperatura de 80 degree C si umiditatea de 3,5%, fiind supuse unei preuscari, dupa care granulele preuscate, avînd temperatura de 60 degree C si umiditatea de 2,0...2,5% sunt supuse uscarii într-un uscator rotativ si apoi granulele uscate, avînd temperatura de 48 degree C si umiditatea de 0,5...0,6% sunt supuse conditionarii prin reducerea temperaturii la 32 degree C si a umiditatii pîna la maximum 0,2% si schimbarea temperaturii de tranzitie a formei cristaline rombice de la 32 degree C la cea rombica-bipiramidala, cu schimbarea volumului specific, la 55...60 degree C.
