Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru arderea unor produse cu continut de carbon în conditii aproape stoichiometrice în strat fluidizat cu recircularea substantelor solide evacuate si cu îndepartarea caldurii de combustie prin intermediul unor suprafete de racire. Procedeul pentru arderea unor produse care contin carbon, conform inventiei, consta în combustia produselor care contin carbon cu gaze, oxigen, ce sunt introduse în sistem în doi curenti partiali, la înaltimi diferite si dintre care cel putin unul se introduce în forma de gaz secundar în unul sau mai multe planuri suprapuse; raportul volumic dintre gazul de fluidizare si gazul secundar se mentine la o valoare cuprinsa între 1 : 20 si 2 : 1, deasupra conductei pentru admisia gazului secundar, prin reglarea vitezei gazului si a raportului dintre gazul de fluidizare si gazul secundar, se creeaza o stare de strat fluidizat cu o densitate medie a suspensiei de 15...100 kg/m3; cel putin o parte importanta din caldura de combustie se elimina prin intermediul unor suprafete de racire, care se afla în apatiul liber al cuptorului, deasupra conductei pentru admisia gazului secundar; marea majoritate a produsului cu continut de carbon se introduce în spatiul în care se afla sub conducta pentru admisia gazului secundar, iar substantele solide rezultate se evacueaza din sistem.The invention relates to a process for burning carbon-containing products under nearly stoichiometric fluidized bed conditions with the recirculation of evolved solids and the removal of combustion heat by means of cooling surfaces. The process for burning carbon-containing products according to the invention consists in the combustion of products containing carbon with gas, oxygen, which are introduced into the system in two partial currents, at different heights and at least one of which is introduced into the secondary gas form in one or more overlapping planes; the volume ratio between the fluidizing gas and the secondary gas is maintained at a value of between 1: 20 and 2: 1, above the secondary gas intake pipe, by adjusting the gas velocity and the ratio between the fluidizing gas and the secondary gas, of a fluidized bed with a mean suspension density of 15 ... 100 kg / m3; at least a significant part of the combustion heat is removed by means of cooling surfaces, which are in the open air of the furnace, above the secondary gas intake duct; the vast majority of the carbon-containing product is introduced into the space underneath the secondary gas inlet pipe and the resulting solids are discharged from the system.
