Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un dispozitiv pentru calirea pe contur a suruburilor cu bile avand diametre cuprinse între 30 si 180 mm si lungimi cuprinse între 100 so 1000 mm. Procedeul consta din încalzirea si racirea succesiva a suprafetei de rulare a unui surub care se deplaseaza cu o viteza dinainte stabilita în campul unui inductor de o constructie corespunzatoare astfel încat sa se obtina un strat dur uniform repartizat pe suprafata de rulare, avand o adancime calita în functie de necesitatile tehnologice. Dispozitivul pentru realizarea procedeului este compus dintr-un inductor a carui portiune activa este prevazuta cu niste orificii de stropire prin care circula apa care este pulverizata sub un unghi de 450 fata de calea de rulare a surubului. Dispozitivul mai este prevazut cu un concentrator electromagnetic care are rolul de a repartiza campul electromagnetic pe canalul elicoidal al surubului. Procedeul si dispozitivul conform inventiei permit reducerea duratei procesului tehnologic de calire si largirea gamei suruburilor utilizate.
