Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor filamente, filme din polimeri acrilonitrilici si se adauga apa la un polimer acrilo-nitrilic care contine cel putin 40% în greitate unitati de nitril acrilic, într-o cantitate echivalenta cu un minimum fie de 45% din cantitatea necesara pentru hidratarea tuturor grupelor nitrilice, fie de 80% din cantitatea necesara pentru hidratarea grupelor nitrilice cuplate într-un raport de 1 : 1 molecula de apa/gruparea nitril, luîndu-se cantitatea cea mai mare din aceste doua, si ca un maximum cantitatea de apa ce se combina cu hidrat plus 7% în greutate în raport cu polimerul, cantitatea totala de apa netrebuind sa depaseasca cantitatea necesara pentru hidratarea tuturor grupelor nitrilice din polimer, dupa care se încalzeste compozitia cel putin sub presiunea de echilibru si cel putin la temperatura de hidratare Tn se extinde sub presiune printr-un orificiu de extrudere la o temperatura cu 25 degree C mai mica pîna la 10 degree C mai mare decît temperatura de hidratare Tn pentru a obtine produsul extrudat si format.
