Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea polifenilexizilor prin polimerizarea oxilenolui, în prezenta unui catalizator complex de saruri de Cu, ca, CuCl2 morfolina conform caruia, reactia se desfasoara în amestec de solvent toluen-acetina în raport de 2 : 8.....8 : 2, de preferinta 7 : 3.....6 : 4, dupa reactie polimerul precipitat fiind filetat, spalat cu acetona si uscat iar complexul catalitic fiind îndepartat din masa de reactie prin simpla decantare.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyphenylene oxides by the polymerization of the oxylene in the presence of a complex catalyst of Cu salts such as CuCl2 morpholine according to which the reaction is carried out in a mixture of 2: 8 toluene-acetone solvent ... 8: 2, preferably 7: 3 ... 6: 4, after the reaction, the precipitated polymer is tapped, washed with acetone and dried, and the catalytic complex is removed from the reaction mass by simple decantation.
