Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie pentru obtinerea glicolipidelor produse de catre microorganisme aerobe prin metabolizarea unui mediu nutritiv avînd o componenta care contine carbon constituita din anumite fractiuni dintr-un titei si folosite în prepararea unei dispersii apoase care este introdusa în apa care urmeaza a fi injectata într-un strat petrolifer prin cel putin o gaura care-l strabate, în scopul deplasarii fluidelor din strat catre cel putin o alta gaura prin care acestea sunt extrase la suprafata. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, dupa ce se trece la un proces de cultura continuu produsele de metabolism si mediul nutritiv introdus initial si neconsumat sunt vehiculate printr-un separator, în care sunt retinute hidrocarburile reziduale si sunt introduse într-un bioreactor de separare, în vederea separarii glicolipidelor legate de peretii celulelor si respectiv extracelulare de masa celulozica. Aceast separare are loc prin adaos de lesie, de solutie de clorura de sodiu sau de apa extrasa din zacamînt odata cu titeiul, prin cresterea temperaturii sau modificarea pH-ului, realizîndu-se astfel un soc osmotic, unul de temperatura sau unul de pH, în conditiile în care în bioreactorul de separare produsele de metabolism sunt supuse unei agitari continue, sunt mentinute, în functie de modul de separare, o valoare constanta a pH-ului între 3 si 9 prin adaugarea dupa caz, de acizi sau baze sau o temperatura constanta si este introdus aer sau aer îmbogatit cu oxigen cu un continut de oxigen de 20...60% în volum vol/vol/min si de preferinta de 0,5...1,5 vol/vol/min.
