Abstract

Le procédé permet d'obtenir en deux étapes des glycolipides par des moyens biologiques en utilisant des mélanges d'alcanes et d'injecter ces glycolipides dans des gisements pétrole ou des sables pétrolifères en vue d'améliorer le rendement d'exploitation. L'installation comprend un bioréacteur 8 intercalé entre le séparateur 10 immédiatement en aval du bioréacteur 1 et servant à séparer les matières non utilisées pour la séparation de la solution de culture, et le séparateur 3 servant à séparer la masse cellulaire de la solution de culture; ce bioréacteur 8 comprend un échangeur de chaleur 19 et est raccordé par des conduits d'arrivée supplémentaires pour une lessive ou pour de l'eau de gisement.
