Inventia se refera la o bautura racoritoare cu gust de citrice care se prezinta sub forma unui lichid galben apolescent dulce-acrisor cu un continut de zahar de 8 degree SU si de vitamina C de 17%. Bautura se realizeaza pe baza unei compozitii din 10...30kg betacaroten si clorofila 5...12 kg, concentrat de mere si 68 degree SU, 3-12 macerat de catina, 1,3 l aroma ulei de citrice, 0,5-2kg acid citric, 0,008 kg colorant alimentar si apa tehnologica pîna la 60l. Pentru producerea bauturii se realizeaza initial un concentrat prin amestecarea betacarotenului si a clorofilei cu concentratul de mere si cu maceratul de catina, ingredientele se amesteca 10 minute, se adauga acidul citric dizolvat separat în 5 l apa, colorantul solubilizat separat în 1...2 l la 35 degree C si zaharul dizolvat în 46 l apa peste care se toarna aroma amestecata în 5 l alcool.
