Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru fabricarea unui clincher de ciment, prin preîncalzirea fainii brute într-un schimb termic, cu decarbonatarea si precalcinare, precum si clincherizare în pat fluidizat si, în final, racirea clincherului. în scopul obtinerii unui clincher de calitate decarbonatarea se realizeaza într-un sistem cu pat fluidizat, cu separare de particule si recircularea acestora la o temperatura de peste 850 degree C de preferinta cuprinsa între 950 si 1150 degree C, cu un grad de eleiminare a bioxidului de carbon de cel putin 95%. Combustibilul cu continut de carbune este alimentat pentru procesul de calcinare si clincherizare în proportie de cel putin 65% fata de necesarul total de caldura, în patul fluidizat pentru decarbonatare, de preferinta, în proportie de 70 pîna la 85%.
