Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a nicotinamidadenindinucleotidei din drojdie de bere supusa unui proces de extragere cu apa, extractul de drojdie se trateaza cu acid clorhidric, se clarifica cu o solutie de floculant macromolecular, sepurifica pe o coloana cu un copolimer macroporos adsorbant, se trateaza la rece cu carbune activ, dupa centrifugare NAD-ul se extrage de 5 ori consecutiv la temperatura de 50...55 degree C cu un amestec constituit din acetat de etil, acetona, apa si amoniac 10%, dupa care se precipita cu acetona la o temperatura sub -10 degree C.
