Abstract
Procedeul pentru obtinerea carburii de bor, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, folosind ca reactanti anhidrida borica, avînd un continut de 95...97%B2O3, o umiditate de 0,5...1% si o granulatie medie de 0,1mm si negru de fum avînd diametrul mediu al particulelor de 250...950 A, suprafata specifica de 25...125m2/g, pH-ul de 8...9 un continut de substanta volatila de 0,5...5% o umiditate de 0,7...2,5% un continut de cenusa de 0,06...0,4%, un continut de sulf total de 0,05...0,3% si greutate volumetrica de 250...350kg/m3, acesti reactanti sunt amestecati la un raport molar C:B2O3 de 1:1 si, dupa o omogenizare mecanica, sunt introdusi într-o nacela de grafit spectral pur, în care se supun brichetarii prin presare cu o forta de circa 250 daN/cm2, la o temperatura de reactie de 2200 + - 50 degree C, iar timpul necesar reactiei de formare a carburii ffiind de circa 1h, dupa care produsul de reactie este supus unei sfarîmari usoare si apoi se separa carbura de bor de excesul de carbune, prin imersia si flotatia produsului de reactie sfarîmat...
