Abstract

Prezenta inventie consta în cultivarea, în conditii de fermentatie aeroba, în ferment apos, de saruri minerale si cel putin o specie de drojdie aleasa dintre Pichia pastoris NRRL Y-11432, în prezenta unui substrat energetic de carbon, a unei surse deazot asimilabil si a apei de fasonare, a oxigenului si a unui mediu apos de saruri minerale si un mediu de urme de saruri minerale si recuperarea microorganismelor rezultate ca material proteinic unicelular, în care respectivul substrat energetic cu carbon este ales dintre carbohidrati, alcooli, cetone, aldehide, acizi si esteri cu 1-20 atomi de carbon molecula si normal-parafine cu 10-20 atomi de carbon în molecula, fermentatia fiind condusa la temperatura de 26-65 degree C si o presiune de 0 la 10,5 at, timp de 2...30 h timp mediu de retentie.
