Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unei proteine unicelulare ce consta în cultivarea, în conditii de fermentare aeroba, a unei specii de drojdie în prezenta unei surse de carbon, de azot si saruri anorganice; alimentarea sarurilor minerale se face la o astfel de valoare încît sa se mentina în mediul apos de fermentare urmatoarele concentratii de element, fiecare per litru de ferment apos: P-1,9...30 g; K-1...20g; Mg-0,15...3 g; Ca-0,06...1,6 g; S-0,1...8g; Fe-6...140 mg; Zn-2...100 mg; cu 0,6...20 mg, prin aceasta mentinînd densitatea celulara a fermentului apos la o valoare între 60...160 g baza uscata, per litru de ferment apos.
