Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a polimerilor floculanti pe baza de acrilamida, prin reactia de hidratare catalitica a acrilonitrilului cu apa în prezenta de cupru drept catalizator la pH = 4...10, la temperatura de 50...150 degree C si presiune cuprinsa între presiunea atmosferica si circa 10 kgf/cm2 dupa care solutia de acrilamida bruta, astfel obtinuta continînd pîna la 10 ppm fata de acrilamida, N-acrilamida prin adsorbtie fizica, adsorbtie reactiva, descompunere chimica si extractie cu solventi, aceste produse utilizîndu-se singure sau combinate si, în final, acrilamida astfel purificata se supune reactiei de polimerizare în mod cunoscut.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of acrylamide-based flocculating polymers by the catalytic hydration reaction of acrylonitrile with water in the presence of copper as a catalyst at pH = 4 ... 10 at a temperature of 50 ... 150 ° C and a pressure comprised between atmospheric pressure and about 10 kgf / cm2, whereupon the crude acrylamide solution thus obtained containing up to 10 ppm of acrylamide, N-acrylamide by physical adsorption, reactive adsorption, chemical decomposition and solvent extraction, these products utilizing either alone or combined, and finally the thus purified acrylamide is subjected to the known polymerization reaction.
