Abstract
Procedeul enzimatic de purificare a gumelor xanthane continînd ca impuritati reziduuri de celule bacteriene si microgeluri, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca, în scopul ameliorarii injectivitatii si filtrabilitatii lor în formatiile petroliere care sunt supuse operatiei de recuperare secundara a titeiului, gumele xanthane de preferinta, dezactivate si sub forma fie a unui must de fermentatie a unei bacterii producatoare de guma xanthana, fie în stare solida, sunt aduse mai întîi sub forma de dispersie si apoi, dispersia apoasa de gume xanthane este tratata cu o enzima sau un amestec de enzime de tipul celulasa produse din cultura unei ciuperci apartinînd clasei Basidiomycetelor, tratamentul enzimatic fiind efectuat la un pH cuprins între 3 si 7, în mediu apos, avînd concentratia în saruri dizolvate ale metalelor alcaline si/sau alcalino-pamîntoase de cel putin 10 la -1 val/1 si la o temperatura.................
