Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie de prepararea prafului de carbune, în vederea arderii acestuia în focarele cazanelor energetice. Instalatia este compusa dintr-o moara cu ciocane cu circulatie axiala care evacueaza amestecul pref de carbune agent de uscare si transport printr-un separator spre arzatorul inferior al cazanului si o moara ventilator care evacueaza amestecul praf de carbune agent de uscare si transport spre arzatorul superior al cazanului obtinîndu-se o concentrare a prafului în proportie dorita în arzatorul superior al cazanului obtinîndu-se o concentrare a prafului în proportie dorita în arzatorul inferior moara cu ciocane si moara ventilator fiind dispuse pe un arbore comun. Instalatia asigura realizarea unor debite unitare ridicate (pîna la 200 t/h) si conduce la obtinerea unei stabilitati ridiocate a arderii.The invention relates to a coal dust preparation plant for combustion in the boilers of the power boilers.
