Abstract

Inventia se refera la un catalizator pentru hidratarea directa a etilenei în alcool etilic care contine bioxid de siliciu sintetic activ si Kieselgur natural într-un raport în greutate de 1:0,2 la 1:4 si 20...50 % în greutate acid fosforic. Procedeulde preparare a acestui catalizator, care face, de asemenea, obiectul prezentei inventii, consta în precipitarea unei solutii de silicat de sodiu cu acid clorhidric în prezenta unui electrolit, filtrarea si spalarea precipitatului, amestecarea direct a sau dupa uscare cu Kieselgurul natural, apa si un agent de legatura, amestecul fiind extrudat în stare plastica sau presat dupa uscare, calit la o temperatura de peste 800 degree C, de preferinta la 1000...1300 degree C, saturat cu acid fosforic si uscat.
