Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a firelor poliamidice termostabile si antistatice, prin filare din topitura a policaprolactamei în vederea realizarii firelor cu destinatii tehnice, în scopul asigurarii unor bune proprietati de stabilitate la actiunea agentilor oxidanti si a aerului în conditii de temperatura ridicata si de antistatizare se supune filarii o topitura de granule de policaprolactama, cu viscozitatea relativa de 3,3....3,5, pudrate, în prealabil cu un amestec format din 1.....3% grafit coloidal; 0,02.....0,04% clorura cuproasa si 0,08.....0,10 3-mercaptobenzimidazol, proaspat formate, fiind racite în baia de apa la 250 degree C etirate la raporturi de etirare de 1:2,400 la treaptaI; 1:1,333 la treapta a II-a; 1:1,152 la treapta a III-a.
