Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a fibrelor acrilice cu proprietati de antistatizare permanenta si termostabilitate îmbunatatita, caracterizat prin aceea ca se supune filarii un amestec compus din 7-11% poliacrilonitril, negru de fum fin dispersat cu dimensiuni sub 0,5 niu în proportie de 2-7%, solvent carbonat de etilena sau solutie apoasa de 80-100% carbonat de etilena la temperatura de 60-70 degree C cu o viteza de 10-40 m/min prin filiere cu diametrul orificiului de 80-100 niu, se coaguleaza într-o baie ce contine 7-16% carbonat de etilena în apa la temperatura de 50-60 degree C se trage pe cilindri antrenati cu o viteza de 10-25m/min, se etireaza final în stare uscata într-un raport de 1 : 1,4-1 : 1,6.
