Abstract
Inventia se refera la un cap de mortezat rotativ adaptabil pe masinile de mortezat universale, pentru mortezarea suprafetelor cilindrice interioare si exterioare ale pieselor de gabarite si dimensiuni mari care nu pot fi rotite cu masa rotativa a masinii. Inventia face parte din ramura constructiilor de masini si rezolva prelucrarea unor piese gabaritice care pot fi rotite pe masini unelte. Capul de mortezat, conform inventiei este prevazut cu o cama de limitare a rotirii blocata cu un bolt fixat pe o flansa canelata un opritor actionînd un limitator de cursa normal deschis care închide alimentarea unui servomotor si al unui electromagnet care atrage cama. Servomotorul roteste un melc ce antreneaza o roata melcata care roteste o bara portcutit. Capul de mortezat conform inventiei prezinta urmatoarele avantaje: asigura o buna calitate a suprafetelor de prelucrat, este adaptabil pe masinile de mortezat universale, pe masinile de rabotat cat si pe dispozitivele de mortezat ale masinilor de alezat si frezat.
