CONSTITUTION:A tool head 64 is fixed on the bottom of a ram device 9. In this case a spindle head device 37 is demounted from the ram device 9. Then a tool of the tool head works for turning operation. The spindle head device 37 is installed on a ram body 15 of the ram device 9, which swings covering a given angle. A rotary tool like milling cutter or drill is installed on the spindle head device 37, and thus a work is subjected to rotatory machining.
