Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie formata dintr-o teava de vulcanizare, cu dospozitivele de încalzire la temperatura de vulcanizare este conectata la cel putin o sursa de energie electrica, astfel încît peretele acestuia functioneaza ca o rezistenta electrica pentru materialele supuse vulcanizarii. La capetele sale opuse zonei de încalzire, teava de vulcanizare este conectata cu o sursa de energie electrica, ceea ce permite realizarea unei mantale de încalzire, uniforma pe întreaga zona de încalzire. în zona sa de încalzire, teava de vulcanizare, formata din mai multe segmente de teava, asezate succesiv si coaxial si conectate fiecare la cîte o sursa proprie de energie electrica, pentru obtinerea mai multor mantale de încalzire, succesive si independente. Peste teava de vulcanizare si în dreptul segmentilor acesteia este prevazut, în zona de încalzire, o manta coaxiala, respectiv mai multe tevi, dispuse în forma de manta ce formeaza un canal inelar prin care trece aerul de racire. Teava de vulcanizare, respectiv segmentii tevii de vulcanizare, pot fi conectati la o sursa de energie electrica prin intermediul tevii, manta ce formeaza canalul inelar de racire. De asemenea, în regiunea zonei de încalzire, respectiv segmentii tevii de vulcanizare este prevazuta cu niste stuturi de introducere si eacuare. Peste teava de vulcanizare este prevazuta o carcasa cu niste stuturi de intrare si evacuare pentru lichidul ce o raceste. Above the vulcanization pipe there is provided a housing with some inlet and outlet sides for the cooling liquid. The plant is used in the rubber and plastics processing industry.
