Abstract
Liantul pentru forme ceramice de tip masca, pentru turnari de precizie, conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-un polimer de alcoxisilani cu 1 la 4 atomi de carbon, cu grupe alcoxi identice sau diferite, si de preferinta, din polisilicat de etil, din alcool etilic, apa si din adaosuri de acid sulfuric si un agent tensioactiv uzual. în scopul îmbunatatirii caracteristicilor mecanice la crud si la uscat a foemelor ceramice de tip masca, liantul cuprinde în volume, 1 parte polisilicat de etil, constiuit din 85...95% în greutate polietoxisiloxani cu 4 la 6 grupe SiO, în molecula si din 5...15% alti compusi de etoxisiliciu cu 1la 10 grupe SiO, avînd eventual, pâna la 5 grupe etoxi/molecula substituite cu grupe metil, raportul între numarul total de grupe etoxi/molecula, fiind cuprins de preferinta între 0,05 la 0,50, 0,8 parti alcool etilic, 1,7 parti apa si adaosuri de 0,006 parti H2SO4 si 0,023 parti agent tensioactiv.The precision casting ceramic molding binder according to the invention consists of a polymer of alkoxysilanes of 1 to 4 carbon atoms with identical or different alkoxy groups and preferably of ethyl polysilicate of alcohol ethylene, water and sulfuric acid admixtures and a commonly used surfactant. In order to improve the mechanical properties of the mask type ceramic hairs, the binder comprises in volume 1 part of ethyl polysilicate consisting of 85 ... 95% by weight of polyethoxysiloxanes with 4 to 6 SiO groups in the molecule and from 5 to 15% of other ethoxysilicon compounds with 1 to 10 SiO groups, possibly up to 5 ethoxy groups per molecule substituted with methyl groups, the ratio of the total number of ethoxy groups to the molecule being preferably comprised between 0.05 to 0.50, 0.8 part ethyl alcohol, 1.7 parts water and additions of 0.006 parts H2SO4 and 0.023 parts surfactant.
