Abstract

Procedeul de modificare a amidonului consta în faptul ca se prepara continuu o suspensie apoasa de amidon natural de porumb, eventual diluat cu acid, la care se adauga o solutie de epoxipropiltrimetilamoniu drept agent cationic activ si solutie apoasa de hidroxid de soidiu 8% drept catalizator, sau o suspensie de amidon natural de porumb la care se adauga si carbonat de calciu, dupa care aceasta se supune la temperatura de 90...130 degree C pentru gelatinizare, iar pasta rezultata se supune radiatiilor UHF de 2450 MHz.
