Claims (1)
- (a)(i) 수용성 전분 슬러리를 제조한 다음(a)(ii) 상기 슬러리중의 전분을 젤라틴화하고 ;(b)(i) 전분과 화학적으로 반응하는 적어도 하나의 시약과 상기 전분과의 혼합물을 제조한 다음(b)(ii) 전분의 화학적 변형을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 전분/시약 혼합물을 UHF방지시키는 것으로 구성되고 단계(b)(i)가 단계(a)(ii)후에 실시되며 단계(b)(ii)는 단계(a)(ii) 후 동안 또는 그후 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학적으로 전분을 개량하는 방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
