Procedeul de obtinere a ureei din aminiac si bioxid de carbon la un raport NH3/CO2 de 5/1....8/1 consta în sinteza si descompunerea carlematului de amoniu continut în solutie de uree, în doua trepte, prima folosind amoniacul ca agent de stripare, a doua folosind CO2 ca agent de stripare, sinteza si descompunerea efectuîndu-se în prima trapta la o presiune agala cu presiunea de sinteza cuprinsa între 180 si 215 degree C, dupa care solutia de uree continînd 5...25 carbonat de amoniu este trecuta în a doua trapta de descompunere la o presiune de 30...50 bari, mai mica decît în prima treapta si la o temperatura de 160...210 degree C.
