Abstract

Inventia se refera la un transportor cu mentinerea orizontala a placilor componente atât la partea superioara, cât si la capete. Inventia face parte din domeniul industriei constructiilor de masini si rezolva problema transportarii unor materiale sau repere cu posibilitati de recirculare fara a fi nevoie ca acestea sa fie luate jos datorita pericolului de rasturnare la schimbarea directiei de mers a placilor, cu toate ca deplasarea acestora la miscarile dus-întors se face în planuri suprapuse. Prin aceasta se obtine spatiu redus al constructiei fata de transportoarele cu întoarcere si functionare în plan orizontal. Rezolvarea problemei se face prin constructia transportului astfel încât, cu ajutorul unui lant special, cu urechi de antrenare, sunt antrenate niste placi care au niste bolturi cu role destinate acestui scop, folosindu-se si niste ghidaje pentru sprijinirea bolturilor, iar la capete având un sistem de întoarcere cu ajutorul carora se face o trecere a placilor din planul superior în planul inferior astfel ca placile îsi pastreaza orizontalitatea si îsi mentine în permanenta aceeasi parte îndreptata în sus, acelasi sucru repetându-se si la trecerea din planul inferior în cel superior la capatul opus al transportorului.The invention relates to a conveyor with horizontal holding of the component plates both at the top and at the ends. The invention is part of the machine building industry and solves the problem of transporting materials or items with recirculation possibilities without the need for them to be taken down due to the danger of overturning when changing the direction of movement of the plates although their movement to the movements return is done in overlapping planes. This results in reduced construction space compared to horizontal and vertical turning conveyors. Solving the problem is done by constructing the transport so that, with the help of a special chain with the drive ears, there are trained some plates which have some roller bolts destined for this purpose, using some guides for supporting the bolts, and at the ends having a a return system by means of which a plate passage is made from the upper plane to the lower plane so that the plates maintain its horizontality and maintains its constantly the same side facing upwards, the same squeeze repeating itself in the transition from the lower plane to the upper one at the opposite end of the conveyor.
