Abstract
Dispozitivul de cuplare a rolelor, este inclus într-un bloc de role duble utilizat la sustinerea si pozitionarea virolelor în vederea sudarii acestora. Pe timpul asezarii virolei pe blocul de role, una din role este deblocata, pentru a nu fi mentinuta de macanismul de antrenare într-o pozitie fixa, ceea ce ar crea frecari sau degradari la contactul cu virola. în acest scop dispozitivul este prevazut cu o piulita, cu ajutorul careia este cuplat si decuplat un corp conic interior cu un corp conic exterior care formeaza un cuplaj. Toate aceste piese sunt montate pe arborele rolei si sunt antrenate în rotatie prin intermediul unei roti dintate, fixate pe corpul conic exterior. decuplarea se face cu ajutorul unei piulite care prin desurubare extrage corpul conic interior din cel exterior.
